SEINSA AUTOMATES THE PRODUCTION AND DRIVES E-COMMERCE IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2022

The Spanish company from Navarra will be opening storage centres in Mexico and in the United States by the second half of this year

SEINSA Corporation, a leading and innovative group in the brake and spare parts industry closes the first half of 2022 with the implementation of its eCommerce project, the automation of the production process, and the launching of two new products: the Super Calliper Kit and the Electric Parking Brake. “We are committed to a greener, digital, and social company”, states José Antonio Espinosa, General Manager of SEINSA Corporation.

 

The Spanish company, which controls the entire manufacturing cycle of its products, has automated the two production plants in Navarra (Eugi and Egües) as well as the plant in India (Chennai). “The automation of the plants has allowed us to avoid the crisis, position our company as leader in Europe and accelerate the production in India”, claims José Antonio.  In the Asian country, the workforce has increased by 20% in the first half of 2022 and production is expected to quadruple during the next four years.

 

Within its investment and development plan based on digitalization, SEINSA seeks to homogenize the Group brands with a standardized image by international registrations in 89 countries and agreements with the main marketplaces for the online sale of their repair kits. Thanks to the eCommerce Project, the firm offers the most reliable and necessary data to help users find quickly and accurately the required repair kit they need.

 

Another of the Group novelties is the market launching of two new products: the Super Calliper Kit and the Electric Parking Brake. “The super brake calliper repair kit is the most complete option in the market and this is a competitive advantage versus our competitors”, comments José Antonio Espinosa.

 

SEINSA Corporation, that has just been awarded the Arizmendiarreta Saria Award for its positive social impact thanks to its inclusive and participatory business model, is getting ready for the opening of two new storage locations in Mexico and the United States during the second half of the year, aiming to bring operations closer to its clients in the Americas.

SEINSA Corporation has increased yearly sales volume surpassing the figure of 30 million euros in 2021, despite the foresight of the automobile sector in general. 98% of the company’s sales are exports to 85 countries. 

 

The Group has established a strategic triangle with three manufacturing plants in Navarra, Spain, and a fourth one in Chennai, India, as well as establishing in 2022 a logistics centre in Poland, the heart of Europe.

 

The company has become stablished as Spain’s pioneer in the development of the European model of business excellence, and it makes its anti-crisis management method available for the entire auto industry sector. 

 

In 2002, the company was granted the EFQM European award for their management quality, and in 2005 it opened a new plant in Chennai (India), which has made possible for SEINSA to enter new markets, mainly in the US. 

 

In 2020 SEINSA becomes one of the most innovative companies recognised by the Basque Innovation Agency, INNOBASQUE. 

 

In 2022 SEINSA is awarded for its inclusive and participatory business model and wins the Arizmendiarreta Saria Award.
